Drexel ACE Fall 2020

Hello everyone! I've been hoping to connect with others looking to apply to the ACE program for the Fall 2020 term. I'm wondering how many completed pre-reqs others are applying with? Are you applying to any other schools as well?

@Compassionatehelper Thank you!! I did have all my pre-reqs completed at the time of application. I was going to apply to various other school but before I got a chance to submit other applications I heard from Drexel .. As a result I did not end up applying anywhere else. I officially payed the deposit to accept enrollment yesterday ?

@kkkaaaddd Thank you! My stats: I earned As in all pre-req courses, and I have two previously degrees in biology and psychology (both 3.9 GPA) ☺️. Funny enough I actually submitted a letter of recommendation the day I heard about my acceptance haha, so I'm unsure if they even received it or if it made a difference ?

Where do you ladies look for housing?

My application for Drexel was complete on September 24th, and on October 17th I was accepted! I’m not submitting my deposit yet as I’m not 100% sure I want to attend. I’m also still taking a pre-req (microbiology) and I’m still in undergrad. I graduate in December with a degree in Human Biology. My stats right now are:

Cumulative GPA: 3.41

Science GPA: 3.5/3.6

Pre-Req GPA: 3.4-ish (I don’t know the exact number)

I didn’t submit any letters of recommendation, but I did attend the ACE informational day and did introduce myself to & talk to many faculty members so that could’ve been a factor as well. I worked as a patient care associate in a local hospital for 8 months (about 500-600 hours) and I’m in a pre-medical fraternity.

I applied on October 4, didn't have all materials in until October 11 and heard back November 8 so it took around a month to hear back. And yes this is for Fall 2020.

I applied for 2020 and am waiting to hear back.
I am so happy for all of you who got into the program. I have a sublet for a nurse if anyone is interested.

I missed the priority deadline by like a day (oops), but it's been almost a month since applying. Has anyone else that applied under rolling decision heard back yet?

I applied a week before the deadline and heard back around Nov. 9 or so. I declined my offer today, as I received another one at a program I liked more.
