Douglas Psych nursing 2015 (FALL)

Hello all!

I'm just wondering if there are any out there who are in the process or have applied for psych nursing 2015 fall at Douglas college? I think I have about 11-12 points. How is everyone else doing? The sooner you apply, the better your chances are or no? (say a bunch of people have 11 points, will the person who applied earlier get priority?)

I've been going back and forth between BSN and BPN, but I know deep down in my heart, psych nursing is something that I've wanted to do ever since I was young!

I got an acceptance letter yesterday, 2nd yr direct entry. I handed in my immunization records this week (the last couple doses that I needed).

How did you apply for that?

You can't apply for it, you have to apply for the regular program. Based on people that drop out of the previous year's intake - those seats are offered to people that have all of the first year classes completed typically.

Pretty much every term for the past 3 years haha, but I applied in September.

Most people don't have 17 points lol I had 13 and thought that was good

Just wanted to let you guys know I just got a seat offer after being wait listed and having only 11 points. I hope others will be hearing some good new soon from admissions.
