Douglas College - Foundations to BSN Program 2021

Published

Hello!

I just got accepted to the 2021 Winter AF for Potential BSN Students at Douglas College. Anyone joining me?

I'm aware that the waitlists for Douglas are long and I'm okay with that. After I finish my Foundational year, I may travel and work to pay off some of my loans.

Can anyone in the BSN at Douglas give me an insight into how the program is? Any advice?

I'm interested in eventually becoming an NP but that's a long way from where I am (hey you gotta start somewhere right?)

Hi, I'm currently studying for the prerequisites for BSN for Douglas and was wondering how long the waitlist was for you.

Hi! I waited 2.5 years, but I believe the wait list is much shorter now. Don't quote me tho! But my cousin got offfered a spot last year and she only waited 6 months. She ended up going to BCIT instead. But I think it is shorter now hopefully! My other friend currently almost finishing up at Douglas said the wai list isn't as long anymore as well. I'm hoping that is the case for u

Heyy! thanks for letting me know!! also if you don't mind could you tell my what GPA you had and got into the Douglas nursing program with?
