Can anyone provide any direction on how to obtain a degree in Nursing but at Leadership level. I have a BA in Sociology and Masters in Social Worker. Career is for past 20 years in healthcare/behavioral health NY. Some time back I enrolled in a part~time Nursing Program. I completed all pre-clinicals having achieved 3.71and was accepted into program.
I have only two bios AP2 and Micro along with Speech then the Nursing Clinical.
My question, I want to know if I have to continue this track to get RN, if what I really want is to enhance what I already know professionally and am really wanting to pursue Leadership Role in Nursing. My Career is now entirely in Utilization Management/Case Management.
Are there any programs for adults that are part time or online?
Thanks

Get your BSN and see if that gets you to where you want to be, otherwise you will need your MSN.
