Dominican University of California Spring 2022

Anyone applying to Dominican University of California for their BSN? When do we send in transcripts? Is it after we submit our application or before?

Not yet, but I did email ---------------------- today to ask when we should expect to receive admission decisions. He hasn’t gotten back to me yet

I hope so too!! I have a feeling we’ll hear back by the end of this week or next week. Hopefully it’s soon cuz I’m getting so nervous

Sure. My stats are: 

Pre-req GPA: 4.0 

Overall GPA: 3.96 

TEAS: 91.3% 

I also have about 380 hours of volunteer experience (a mix of both healthcare and multicultural)

I also applied to CSUEB ( got rejected), SFSU, and USFCA

I can't believe you were rejected with those stats. This is crazy!

I am sure you will get somewhere, you have great stats.

I have not taken the TEAS yet and I am in a dilemma because I only applied to two schools, Dominican and USF and both are very expensive, and USF is very competitive.

How was the TEAS test? did you study for a long time?

Thank you I hope so too! The TEAS test wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I recommend getting the mometrix book and also purchasing practice tests from ATI. The practice tests were just like the real test and the real test even had some questions from the practice tests.

about SFSU I thought the application was only for fall haha I am not applying there because I am missing an English class ?

wow, it will take some time...

would be so good if USFCA and Dominican had the acceptance letters at the same time or eat least very close dates hahaha

Yeah I wonder why they are taking a little longer this application period. They usually have decisions sent out either late october or early November based on previous forums. They probably have a lot of applications to review this year
