back and forth, up and down, other than Beta Blockers, CCBs, ACEi, and whatnot should I know like the back of my hand? Thanks for any information given.

Brett pretty much nailed it, the only other things I might mention would be Angiomax, as a lot of facilities are using it as well as Integrilin, and have a good knowledge base on ACE-Inhibitors, ARB's, and Digoxin.
