Hi,
I currently work at UCH but don't want to ask the question there because I don't want them to know that I might leave if the answer is No. But I work as a CNA there and love it. I will be an ADN new grad in December, plan to take my NCLEX in Feb. I am already duaed enrolled and working on my BSN and will have it a year from graduation. Should I apply for jobs when the time comes or shift my efforts to other hospitals that for sure hire ADNs?
Basically, do you know anyone or if they will hire an ADN graduate or are they strictly hiring BSN only even if you are already an employee?

No, that is what I was told when I went through orientation, back in 2010. They only hire BSN new grads, but they will hire ADNs with experience.
Klone thanks for the response. Do you know how long after a CNA passes the nclex they can still work as a CNA at university?
I don't know the answer to that question, I'm sorry.
