I attended a community college where I took Anatomy 2121 twice and did not finished the class before transferring to a technical college. Will it show on my transcript I fail anatomy? When I signed into my banner web at my new school, I do not see anatomy on my transcript, only classes passed were transferred. I am asking your opinion because I still want do the ASN program but afraid failing anatomy will hindered me from getting into the RN program. If so, I'll do the LPN program and hopes of building credits to get into Rn program. I rather take ASN so I don't have to take the Tess V and NCLEX for the LPN program and then take HESI for RN program and pass the Nclex again. I know this sounds weird but it's how they got the nursing programs set up here. In addition to all that was said, the biggest concern is not getting into nursing because of Anatomy. Working two jobs and dealing with classes were too much for me and hoping for a new start at a different college. What do you think? Only positive thoughts please.

Did you actually fail the classes or did you withdraw from them before the end of the semester? A fail will follow you but the people who would know best would be an academic advisor or transfer admissions counselor at your particular school because they all do it differently. Good luck to you and I hope that this new start is the kick in the butt you need to be able to focus hard enough to achieve your goals.

If you plan on getting your BSN in the future, yes, grades will follow you; additionally, Anatomy and Physiology is a pre-req for nursing, so the idea is to have A&P completed before or during nursing courses.
If you sent your transcripts to another school and because of the failure it do not transfer over, the expectation may be that you need to complete this course; it's best to check with your current program and focus on completing your course with the best grade possible.
Best wishes.
I dropped the Anatomy class both times and received "w" on both classes. which still counts toward two attempts, correct? Thanks for the great feed back.
Sorry, didn't mean to leave an answer and disappear. A "w" should not count against you but like I said, checking with your individual school would be best. My "w" grades from early undergrad did not count against me at all.
