Does NJ Board of Nursing require students to attend an accredited school to sit for the NCLEX?

I have been having a hard time searching for an accurate answer. Ive called the NJ BON directly and the staff say they have never been asked this question/they would not know for sure. One staff member said I should be okay, however he cant be 100% certain.

I am getting ready to attend a state approved nursing program for the fall semester 2021. I have been researching super hard after I was told that the program is not accredited however, in the process of accreditation. I am not a pre nursing student, I've completed about 80% of the required nursing courses at an accredited institution (going back to that school is not an option). I am simply finishing my degree requirements to sit for the NCLEX, which would only be two semesters at this school. The program is in FL and is currently online due to C19. I live in NJ, and would like to know if I can apply for my nursing license with a degree/transcript from a program that is only state approved. I've been trying to find a direct answer to my worries of possibly not being able to sit for the NCLEX.

On the bright side:

The school is affiliated with a recognized regionally accredited institution called Grand Canyon University. They accept credits from the non accredited school. (I called the school to confirm)

so I know my credits will be transferable and I can attend an RN-BSN program- check

Once I receive a BSN from an accredited institution, I can move on with serious employment options and start looking into graduate schools that require graduates from regionally accredited schools. - check

I've been able to find that the school has a 10 digit NCLEX/program code for pearson. The school can be found on the 2019 NCLEX pass rate pdf for FL, which shows that students can sit for the NCLEX. In addition, the school is accepted by the state of FL BON for NCLEX.

Its sitting for the NCLEX and endorsement in other states (later on) that I worry about. I don't know how else to verify that NJ BON will accept my application or transcript/degree from this non accredited school.

the school is called Care Hope College.

Please help!
