Does it matter where I take my CNA class?

Nursing Students CNA/MA

i have been looking online at jobs & notice the hospital i am looking to work at has this "completion of a nursing assistant technical program" and doesn't require experince for this position. now, i am understanding this as they want you to have taken cna courses at a technical school. i was planning on taking it from the cna learning center in winter haven, fl. does anyone have any feedback on taking their classes there? was it harder to find a job by taking the classes from there? did you find it easier to find a job taking it from ridge or travis tech? i just don't want to waste my money on a class if no one will hire me because i didn't take it at a technical school. thanks!

Call the hospital HR department to verify.

I don't see why it would matter where you take it as long as the class you take prepares you well enough and you can pass your state exam.

And yeah, I'd call HR to see what they say. They may have a preference. If not, they may also be able to tell you a good place to go.
