Thanks for the info. Did you get to pick which contact info to leave or did they demand the contact info of certain people?
I've had evaluators call my sponsor, therapist, employer, and group facilitator. They can basically ask to call anyone, but you have to sign a release giving them permission. If you don't want to comply with their requests, you don't have to sign.
I've had a sponsor who thought it was unethical for an evaluator to ask for their contact information. She saw it as a breech of her annoninimity, and refused to speak with my evaluator. I've wondered how they can justify requesting to speak with your sponsor, as it does seem to go against the principals of AA.

I am not certain? Depends on your state and what type of evaluation is happening. I've done mental health and physical health assessment with a physician who just asked me a ton of questions. She didn't actually pull any of my records other than a CURES report which shows controlled drug use Hx.
