  1. My evaluation went well. They said they didn't recommend any kind of treatment/aa/ outpatient for me. Just have to continue being monitored for another 2 months and then im good fo go. They contacted 2 references and that was it. No medical records/background check/etc.
  2. All drug tests for the monitoring program in my state are supervised. There is a list of approved testing facilities. Most just stand behind you in the bathroom, but the one I went to for my last test made me take my clothes off. Specifically, the person monitoring me brought folding chair into the bathroom and sat down 3 feet away from me. I was then told to drop my pants and underwear to my ankles and to lift my shirt up to my armpits and to spin around in a circle. When I protested, I was told that a refusal would be considered to be the same as a failed test. Does this seam outrageous to anyone else? I feel like I am being treated like a criminal when I have never been acused of breaking the law or of working while under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
  3. Wednesday. Haven't been prescribed any medication in 5 years at all, so should be good to go there. What other kinds of things did they ask? Did they want to contact any friends/family/coworkers?
  4. Good luck! How would they access your records even if you sign a release?

Please let me know how it goes tomorrow. Good luck! Did they want to access your medical records?
  6. When you went for the evaluation, did they access your medical records?
  7. Would you mind telling me if your evaluator accessed your medical records?
  8. Would you mind telling me if your evaluator accessed your medical records?
  9. How would they go about getting my ast medical records?
  10. I had no idea this substance was so controversial. I never got any kind of "high" from it and never had any urge to take it every day. I started taking a capsul for sleep once or twice a week after looking for a natural supplement I could take in place of something like ambien or xanax. This was the website I came across that led my to trying it. I should have been more careful. Ugh https://www.alaskasleep.com/~alaskasl/how-to-use-kratom-for-sleep/
  11. Thanks for the info. Would you please tell me a little about what to expect from the evaluation?
  12. Thanks for the info. Did you get to pick which contact info to leave or did they demand the contact info of certain people?
  13. Also do they have access to your past medical records. Thanks
