Aye, I have seen the death stare if you dare to put BSN on your badge, if looks could kill many BSN's would be dead.

I know what you mean because when I was a student, a few times, I was a victim of this attitude. Not everyone wanted to help a new nurse with BSN. It felt like they wanted to say, "if you are such a smart ass, why do you need me..." What helped me was my explanation that all BSN degrees mean nothing compare to their years of experience and their wisdom can guide a newbie like me. It showed my respect for their work and knowledge; it helped to build a bridge of understanding between us :).
