Does anyone have any exerience with Distance Learning Systems in Indinana?

Do not waste your money. I spent 4,000 dollars and did not even use them for my studies. I used Lisa Arends notes on ebay for 10 bucks a section. I thought the in class teaching was useless and not even worth your time! I did not feel like it prepared me at all. There is too much information in their study guides, and not condensed enough.

I have gotten 3 A's and one C with Lisa Arends notes. I only have 2 more test to go.

Hi,

I used one of their study guides for the life span test. I did not have a very good experience with it.I made a c using thier stuff.

The things in the study guide and stuff on the test really did not mesh well. just my opinion.

I signed with them and can not stand them. I DO NOT recommend them. They get you to sign and have zero customer service. They will not send me my books fast enough and I have resorted to ebay using other publishers even though they have me for roughly $8,000 because I signed up for their "tutorial" sessions also. i signed a contract and I am stuck. I dont even use the tutorial sessions because they do not teach you jack and I have had times where the teacher did not even show up. Complete con artist company if you ask me.:angryfire

Well it seems that I should go directly to Excellsior college. I too got trapped in the initial contract and have paid them $2500.00 already. (but that was 2 years ago) But they have told me that I have already paid for all of my nursing materials..... I have to admit that anytime I ordered material I recieved it within a week. I just need to buy the tests/clinical....But it sounds like I should just start over huh??? Thanks everyone for your opionions!
