Does anybody know any residency program for working RN BSN in long term facility

Does any body know any residency program for working RN BSN to advance her career to hospital that offered , I am working in a long term facility since 2009 ,is a nursing home ,I like to know any residency program that eligible for nurses like me who is working to advance my career to hospital in Pennsylvania , I know most of residency program is for new grad or who got license in 6 mths any information will be greatly appreciated

    I don't know in your area but if you change to peds the ones here in Georgia will put you through a residency program. It includes working RN's hope that helps I would call recruiters at your local hospitals and ask. :)
