Do you wear an undershirt???

Fact is i sweat ALOT at work. And its nonstop. I start beading up not long after I walk in the door and im still dripping 12 hours later when im scheduled to get out of there. My LTC center uses polyester polo's for company shirts and they are 1) fairly see thru and 2) hot as hell. I've been wearing a plain cotton Tshirt under it but wondering if anyone else has this problem and has a better solution.

And those that wear scrubs, same question to you. Have you found a type of shirt that works best as an undershirt?

Uggg, very sweaty here too! Everyday is like a workout! I do wear a cami underneath. Bad part is when I am not busy it is freezing because the AC is on so high. Guess I can't win.
