If my hepatitis b titer is >150 and >10 is considered immune by the CDC (according to the blood work paper I have), would you say that's safe enough or get the vaccine each year? (That's 150 H mIU/mL ) What do you do about vaccines personally?

I chose not to get the Hep B vaccine for nursing school after I saw that my antibody level is high from my last vaccine. If your titers come out "equivocal" or close, I'd probably get a booster, but not if you have high antibody levels.
