I'll be starting a 2-year nursing degree in a year or two at one of the Lonestar colleges.. I was wondering if anyone has been able to successfully transfer their classes to a 4-year school to complete a bachelor's?
Any info is appreciated! Thanks! :)

Several universities have a list of transferable courses from local colleges around them. You could try that, or just ask the university and/or college advisors. (Asking would be your best bet, but until then, you could search for it.)

I took all my basics at a Lone star college. And I took Two nursing classes; Patho and Pharmacology. I asked my Nursing school if they could transfer and they said yes. I just have to show them a syllabus for the courses for final approval.
