Do you need a GED to take state test?

Hi I finished my CNA class. Do I need a GED to take the State test? I'm worried. Thank you

I wouldn't lie either. There are state sites (I know in Florida they do) where you can take you GED test as well as complete whatever classes to get your HSD. I would, it may not seem important, but a lot of employers (I haven't seen one that doesn't) require it. FYI it does show up in background checks, as long as they are looking for it anyway.
