No testing for allergies prior to Penicillin given.
Rarely adult reported a rash as a child . Might test if Penicillian considered to be the drug of choice to administer.

Only test would be culture and sensitivity. You generally don't test for allergy to PCN, if that is what you mean.

We don't test for any allergies before we give a medicine. Do you test before you give Penicillin in your country?

when Penicillin is considered to be the drug of choice to administer, do you don¡-t test to the patient? I know that you didn¡-t test before a long time. And we didn¡-t too. But now we make testing when Penicillin is considered to be the drug of choice to administer, unless the patient has history of hypersensitivity to Penicillin. Make testing when we don¡-t know whether penicillin can use on the patient. Of course, No testing for the patient with history of hypersensitivity.
