Do FNP courses accept Excelsior RN graduates?

I am looking to get my RN AS from Excelsior but would like to then go for my FNP. Is this possible? Do FNP courses accept Excelsior RN graduates?

Sorry if this is already posted but after searching did not find a topic about it.

At least one of them does, because an acquaintance of mine who got her RN degree from EC went on to become a NP. And it seems I have read of others doing the same. I would pick out possible programs you are interested in and just call them to ask directly.

I know that Ivan (ivanh3) went to Graceland's FNP/MSN program as an EC grad. I know a couple of EC grads doing Frontier's program, too.

Glad to hear it. I will have to do the RN to FNP online program as I live in a remote area and am unable to leave. Thanks for the responses.
