Hey everyone,

I will be graduating from by BSN-RN program this May and I am trying to find a job near Garrison, North Dakota since my fiance is living there. I've applied to Trinity Health in Minot and St. Alexius in Bismarck and I plan to apply to Garrison Memorial as well.

I want to stick with Medical-Surgical floors if possible. But I think my biggest concern is that I'm from Missouri and I don't know anything about the hospitals in ND. I really want to know about these hospital's quality of care and how they treat their employees, etc. I definitely want to be working in a place that is going to provide a good orientation and that holds a high standard when it comes to caring for patients.

Any suggestions on the best place to work? Can anyone who has worked at these hospitals share? I'd love to hear anything advice or tips or comments you might have.
