Those areas of practice are quite popular here and require a minimum of a baccalaureate degree. Employment is often through the Victorian Order of Nurses, while each province also has some form of home care programme. Do you have generalist education, or specialist? In Ontario there has been a shortage of enterstomal therapists in homecare, see job listing on St Elizabeth website below as an example. Also, a large number of homecare patients require dressings, so if you are interested in certification, taking the enterstomal therapy nurse education program through CAET may increase your job opportunities. http://www.caet.ca/education_overview.htm
