distinct days therapy

May be reading too much into that section but if asking how many days of distincnt therapy-how should it be counted???

PT - Monday (30 mins), Wed (30 mins), Fri (30 mins)

OT - Monday (30 mins), T'ue (30 mins)

Before 10/2013, the above will yield 5 days of therapy = RM

With 'distinct days of therapy', it will actually only capture 4 days of therapy = RL

That happened because 2 different therapies were given on Monday = one distinct day.

If OT was delivered Tue & Thu then there would have been 5 distinct days.

What if OT was in Mon through Fri and ST was in Mon,tue,wed thur and came in Sat---would that count as 6 days of disticnt therapy??? Thought it would count as six days but wasn't sure???

Look back 7 days. Count only the days therapy was delivered (irregardless of number of therapies). I believe you got the gist.
