Students Online Learning
Published Jul 4, 2005
I have thought about continuing my education on-line. I am currently an ADRN, and am wanting to get my BSN or go another route to get my Bachelors Degree. Has anyone had any experience with Phoenix? They seem a bit pricey to me, but I know nothing about Long Distance Learning. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Here's a recent discussion that might help you. UoP is very pricey and not the only program out there. I would shop around, see which ones you qualify for and which ones interest you. UoP is a very good program from what I hear, just pricey.
I'm currently attending the lesser expensive (but NLN accredited) program at Florida Hospital College of Nursing. It's linked in the above thread.
Good luck to you!

I did go to University of Phoenix for my BSN and now my MSN for a total debt of well over $42,000. Was it worth it? Yes - well worth it. I did the ADN to MSN in 2 years, 7 months. I'm now doing a post MSN clinical nurse specialist. Good luck.
