Hello!
I am just finishing my second year in the RPN program and would like to bridge to BSCN. Has anybody found a school that offers this program through distance education? I can't move my family to another town so I can go to school. I am open to any school in the Country as long as it is offered online!
Thanks!
Hi angel81I believe most North American universities that offer online BScN programs, will require students to hold a valid Canadian or US licence, but I could be wrong so keep surfing, see what you come up with.
Does Aga Khan offer the post-diploma BScN on a fulltime or part time basis? If it is currently offered fulltime, do they have plans to expand their teaching format in the future? Some Ontario universities offer post-diploma BScN programs on a part-time basis and most RNs continue to work while taking them. I guess the ideal situation is for Aga Khan to offer the BScN online or part time so you to continue to work while increasing your education.

I have explored on this and thought regarding my further studies and came on a conclusion. Yes, AKU offers post RN BScN degree on full time and part time basis. It also offer transition Masters for 3 years for RNs who do not have BScN degree and direct MScN for 2 years. My constraint was to work and study together and for that I was looking for some accredited online universities. Fortunately when I search here at our campus, they are offering feasible options to study part time with job. We can extend and cover this program from 3 to 5 years duration as part time study as per our feasibility. I will apply this year most probably...
Thank you all for your suggestions and cooperative.

Centennial College in TO has a part time/distance RPN to BScN bridge program, but they ask for a high GPA to get in.
