Discrimination against nurse older 45 years old

Its me again...

I didn't get the job I went for yesterday and apparently I was told there was some stiff competition. I came pretty close I hear and when I had asked about feedback they said I couldn't have any because the interview, my presentation and answers were spot on. It made me feel good and even though I haven't been offered a place I feel that maybe there is a reason.

Who knows what may be around the corner?. The pace without any ten hour breaks means that travelling each way I'd end up with about 5 hours sleep between back to back shifts. Thanks for listening anyway.
