Background: I have pending charges, Reckless driving, endangerment, leaving scene of accident. (The story behind this is rather amusing. hint* Money seeking victim)
I left my last job to attend to this case because of having to travel 6hours for 10 minute hearings. This was last year. and the case hasn't changed a bit d/t imperfect system.
This year in Feb, I was blessed with an opportunity to be interviewed for a job. I disclosed this to the VP of nursing who was interviewing me, pre-job offer. I got called, and offered a job and she cleared me to start. I worked for 2 months, and then all 3 of the new RN hires, and 2 managers were let go. -___-.
(dusts self to start over)
Since then I have received 2 job offers, and those I decided to not disclose early, but during the background check process. They took their job offers back,
Anyway, My dream hospital, has called me for a job interview. ( Take note, last year they interviewed me and went with someone else)
I would think if it was regarding the charges, they won't be wanting to interview me again. but
I wanted to know , through your opinions, if I should disclose like I did the job in February, or wait till after they offer me a job (if they do) and then when that call comes, disclose it to them?
In my own peace, this situation is mere disastrous in that I am dealing with someone fabricating and faking injuries that don't exist. I almost feel humbled by this crap and fee like explaining it might give them a better perspective when they stumble upon it, versus it surprising them.
Please put yourself in my shoe and tell me what you'll really do if it were you
movingforwardRN
