Disappointed in WGU

I am wondering who else has had trouble with WGU enrollment counselor returning emails or phone calls to start the admission process? I have been trying since about Jan 23, 2018 to get this huge ball rolling for admission into WGU program with very little progress!!

Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am disappointed in WGU because they keep changing the classes,one task changed while I was working on the class.

They also took away course chatter,and some Task Templates will be gone too.

I will be speaking with my enrollment counselor tomorrow and hope it all goes well. I wish I had info to offer you smartnurse1982, do you have any suggestions or advice prior to my conversation with my EC? Meammaryjean has been a phenomenal help for me maybe she can give some guidance on your issues? She works for WGU. Please keep me updated on what you find out! Best of luck!
