I was wondering what the therapeutic range for Digoxin is. I'm seeing conflicting numbers everywhere. Some sources say 0.5-0.8 ng/mL. And some says 0.5-2 ng/mL. What is the range that nurses usually go by? I get that there would be some discrepancies with the numbers, but that's a huge discrepancy, especially for a drug that is extremely potent.

Hello everyone,

What is the range that nurses usually go by? I get that there would be some discrepancies with the numbers, but that's a huge discrepancy, especially for a drug that is extremely potent.
