Dignity Health New Grad RN Residency 8.2024 Camarillo and Oxnard

I just accepted a position with Camarillo. Anyone else applying or accepted offer to Dignity in Ventura county?

Hi! I'm interviewing with the Oxnard location :) if you don't mind me asking, how was the interview with the unit/hiring managers? How long after did you receive an offer? Thanks!! :))

Best of luck! What units are you interviewing for? When I applied they only had Tele open and now they have ICU and DOU 🥲

I interviewed with both Camarillo & Oxnard the same day and received an offer right away. One called right after the interview and I had both offers sent via e-mail.

interview went really good! They were both panel with Manager and Educator and another staff member. If you want to know anything specific feel free to send me a message

I just interviewed with Oxnard! Just curious how soon you received an email afterwards? Also do you happen to know what's the hourly pay for new grads? I can't find any info. Ty!!

Hi! Base pay is $44.06 - it's on the top part of the application in small print. BSN get extra and there's NOC differential too. I got a call from Oxnard right away and had two offers by the time I was home the same day.

 

How did your interview go? What units did you interview for?
