hey guys.. just want to know the difference between the saunder's compre review for nclex 2nd edition and 3rd edition? is 3rd edition the latest? thanks..

yes and also, in 2nd ed, pictures are in black and white. while the 3rd ed, colored. :) if ever, you decided to buy the 3rd ed... you might have a hard time finding one coz my friends only got the reprint version of it. about 700. i guess the original version (though more expensive) is very in demand. hehe. good luck.

Significant difference, the second edition came out seven years ago. There is already a revised third edition that has been out since last February.

I both have the 2nd and 3rd edition but used the 2nd when I did my self-review. The difference in the content are the drugs but basically the same. But the cd of 3rd edition contains more questions than the 2nd.
