Oh my gosh, that stinks! I'm currently studying for my first HESI A2 coming up in mid-March and this is my biggest fear. My first practice test that I took I got around an 84 on reading comprehension, vocab and general knowledge, and grammar sections. I scored a 62 on my first practice test in Math mainly because I really needed a refresher in fractions, unit conversion and roman numerals which were all the questions I skipped. Of the questions I answered I got all of them correct, so I try to see the positive and I'm studying (almost) every day.

Math is my weakness as well. I am taking my first HESI exam in mid-March. I took my first practice test to see where I needed to focus my studies. I knocked the reading comprehension, vocab and general knowledge, and grammar sections out of the water but my math is seriously lacking. I had to skip a lot of the questions on the practice test because I forgot fractions, unit conversions and roman numberals! Thankully, I got all the other math questions I did answer correct, so that's a start!

For the fraction problems you can just type it in the calculator and add, subtract, divide, or multiply them depending on what was asked. So for example 1/4 + 2/9 = ? If you are not sure on the rules just type it in the calculator so 1/4 = .25 + 2/9 = .22 and just add it. If the answer choices are also in fractions type them into the calc to get the nearest answer choice to your calculation.

Ooooo thank you
