Did Vickie sell the Vickie Milazzo Institute company?

I have been comparing legal nurse courses and someone told me that Vickie Milazzo sold her company, and is not involved with it anymore. Can anyone confirm this? If so, who is running it now? Are they experienced legal nurses or did they just buy it for profit?

I took that program and all of the education was with her. Seems it was re-branded. Still a very good program.
