If they have me do the drug screen right after the interview, does that mean I pretty much got the job, or is that standard procedure???

The interview went really well and he acted as if I got the job, then had me do the drug screen. What do you think?

I would say that's a pretty good sign. They generally don't do a drug screen or call your references unless they're prepared to offer you the job. It's very expensive and time-consuming to do that with all candidates.

sounds like a good sign to me, had quite a few jobs due to moving (military wife) and the drug screen always came with job offer. good luck
