Did not get offered the position...how to follow-up

Nurses Job Hunt

Published

The hiring manager called me to let me know I was not selected for a position, but that I was one of the top candidates. She stated in her voicemail to keep in touch. What exactly would you expect from a job seeker in this position? How often should I email? And what should I say? I am still looking for a job! but what else?

Any help is appreciated!

thanks

Thank her for her time. Maybe state to please keep you in mind for future positions. You can also ask how you interviewed and if she has any tips for your future interviews, that way you can figure out why you were one of the top candidates but not the top candidate. Good luck. :D
