DFW Internships Summer 2013

I want to start this post to hopefully have people share ideas/thoughts/Q&A/advice/experience about applying for internships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for Summer 2013. If you have applied to any already please let us know where and how the process is going! Does anyone know of any hospitals offering ER internships for May 2013 graduates?[/quote']
Baylor university medical center in Dallas is accepting applications for their June internships until FEB 15.. You can find more info on their website or just google Baylor Dallas internships.. Good luck

I applied for some THR positions, but since I'm an ADN I'm not even bothering with Baylor. I know that most hospitals are requiring the new grads be licensed before beginning orientation & since I take NCLEX this month I'm hoping I will be more hireable

MichG,

THR only hires new grads with BSN. My mom works for THR and has been on the interview panel for new grads several times. Try Methodist I know they don't.

Great :-( thanks for letting me know though! I decided I'm just going to saturate the hospitals with my applications. I don't know if that's smart or not but I've got to do something

They did have some openings posted but they must have closed them. Sorry :-(
