sorry for not posting it upon receiving my eligibility,but since Ive read some post here that saying her friend was denied to take LVN too I kinda wonder if its true or not or what her intention really is,is it to disappoint us or what?
well here is my story I was denied by CABON read my other posts wherein I also asked how to apply for LVN exam.so upon completing my forms from our school I immediately submitted it to BVNPT.march 23 I mailed all my documents and may 4 received my ATT.
So please kababayan stop worrying too much especially if others are saying the other way around.Im from the Philippines btw.:)
Can i just ask about what are all the papers that needs to be filled up by your school? and can i have your email address so i can ask about your application as well :) thanks! knowing that you did your application without transferring your files from the RN boards, i'll consider you as my guide. hoping to hear from you :)
Just fill-up method 3..Record of nursing program is the one that you need to send to your school and also proof of your 54hrs.pharmacology.
When did you submit your application?The evaluation always ask me if I am a CA or IEN graduate,so maybe they separate it between the two.
march 23..thats why I didnt post it when I received my ATT for I am shocked also when I got it,still thinking if maybe they got it wrong.and my friend told me maybe they separate the ones from CABON applicants to those who directly apply to them.or maybe our analyst from CABON didnt really send it asap when some of us requested it to be transferred.may 4 got my att.

1. Did you fill up the record of nursing experience sheet and employment verification/nursing experience sheet?
2. How did your school show your 54hrs pharmacology education? Is the transcript not enough?
3. Did you pass all the paper works at the same time?

1)no,only the record of nursing program which was filled-up by my school.
2)it depends with your school registrars office on how they will do it,mine was just included in the form of record of nursing program.TOR is not enough,its in their method 3 steps.

1. Did your school send your TOR, PHARMA PROOF & RECORD of NURSING PROGRAM Sheet altogether at the same time directly to the BVNPT?

I just have a question how you fill up your NCLEX-PN application. In the application form, pertaining to (#7), they were asking ; "DID YOU PASS A HIGH SCHOOL EQUIVALENCY TEST?".. What answer did you put on that? Yes or NO? Because i cant remember taking that in the Philippines when i was in high school.... If no is the answer, what will i circle on highest grade completed (1-12) ?
