Delegation book by Linda Lacharity

Hello everyone out there. Im studying for my nclex and I test the 1st. Ive been using the Delegation prioritization and delegation book by Linda Lachirity and getting very discouraged..:cry: My scores range from 50's! to high 80's and i feel so discouraged.. Can anyone out there share some insight on their scores before they took the nclex and or what I should be aiming at?? Thanks for reading!

huh? which is which?? cuz sombody just told me that hydration is priority and it will prevent it from sickling..?

btw, does somebody know if theres a Priorotization book for LVN..? like practice question.... please let me know..i really need it badly.. im going to take the test this month.. i dont know if i should move the date... :crying2:

i believe that the purpose of treatment in sickle cell disease is to manage and control symptoms.. and people who have this have painful episodes that lasts for hours and days. In this episodes, they are usually treated with pain medication with constant hydration. HOwever, if they presents symptoms like difficulty in breathing , thats the time, we give them O2.
