Any Dekalb Medical nurse residents? Dekalb Medical nurses, what has been your experience?

Unfortunately, I did hear that they were only hiring BSN grads. But, I work there and got my manager to look into for me. It's not something that is written in stone as of yet, but that is the mentality the recruiters have. :( I was ininterested in L and D but I knew my chances would be better going for Med Surg. Sorry. Good luck though. I am sure you will find something soon.
