guys, i just want to ask, what do you think will be the outcome of the upcoming national board exam for nursing, i mean, will the next batch who will take the exams on december will also be affected by all the "issues" that originated from the last (june 06) batch? honestly i was planning to take the december board (i graduated this october) but there's this doubt inside of me that what if we also suffer the same fate they just went through? will the exam be super-difficult?
as we all know, even those examinees that did not participated in the june nle leakage were affected by it...vanniella_skye's concern is that the december nle testtakers might suffer the consequences of the recent leakage, just as what happened to the other "clean" june examinees...it is but normal for her to be concerned...
i agree that it is normal for her to be concerned..
thats why i have replied...
everyones telling you not to take the nle if you're not goin to work..
but to answer ur question.. i think it will not affect the board exam on december for so many reasons but the major ones are :
1. different set of test questions
2. different board members
so what fate are you talking about?!the june board is an isolated case.. i think your fear is not about the issue of the june board but if the exam would be difficult for your level and that u might flunk.
assess yourself, if you think u are ready to take the exam then take it. if not... then review again
your interpretation is that she is concerned with the consequences...
my interpretation is that she fears the exam.. becoz it is unpredicable.
considering the fact that:
1. there are new board members to make the exam
2. different questions
3. they will become more strict than before
4. they do not want to commit the same mistakes.
i have been in the same anxiety when i took my board exam.. so i know how it feels to be concerned.
just an unsolicited advice, i suggest you reply to our co-members' queries in a polite manner...even our moderators' dont "speak" that way...
if there's anyone who is impolite i think its you..
your advise is uhmm very non therapeutic.
i do not need to be compared with the mods...
we are different individuals
but thank you for your
advise and comparison
and imposing that i am impolite.
how nice of you. peaceout

so since you quoted me, i replied to you...
where have i become impolite? i dont even use all caps or big letters (size). but if u think i am then i apologize.
i think you and i are not on the right track...
look,
apply for a board of nursing and
apply to a board of nursing
are two different things...
my reply was on her first statement.. but then i guess she later clarified that when she responded
