Hi! Try applying! The requirements are written here in the forum =) the exam was pretty hard. It was mixed. There's a question about infection control, about medical-surgical nursing, procedures and nursing issues. There were also a lot of computations but you can use your calculator anyway. =)

anyone here who finished their psychometric exam and just waiting for the results??? I had mine on March 20. No updates from Delos Santos yet :l

the exam is abt 100 items. it was mixed. part 1 multiple choice, anything under the sun about nursing care, disease process, infection control, etc., part 2 is computation and part 3 is true or false more.

based from my batch's experience, they ask questions about things indicated on your CV (even personal questions, RLE, grades, school and year graduated, etc) and they may also ask you to cite and explain some trainings you attended. =) just remember this, be humble and never ever make stories. :)

Thank you kayeokay, so nice of you. Are you still a staff nurse there? How long the panel interview will be? I dont know what to study and I am sure I dont know much about nursing anymore. I will try my best though. May God be with me and His favor.

When you able to pass your panel interview, how long did you wait for you to be employed? Or will there be another interview or that is the last and final part of the application process?

i had my interview last may 14, 2012. luckily, i passed. when i attended the pre-employment training orientation, i had to say no to the training head because i already have a commitment with another hospital. :(

the exam was hard. it's all about nursing. better review your ms notes. there are some nursing issues as well. good luck!!! :)

anyway, i would like to share my timeline: nursing aptitude test: feb 26(?) psychometric exam: march 15 panel interview: may 14. so, i first thought i failed the iq exam because it took so long before they contacted me for the interview and for the result as well. the result for the interview was released june 24, 2012. again, good luck and don't forget to pray. :)

I had my interview last may 14, 2012. Luckily, I passed. When I attended the pre-employment training orientation, I had to say no to the training head because I already have a commitment with another hospital. :(

The exam was hard. It's all about nursing. Better review your MS notes. There are some Nursing Issues as well. Good luck!!! :)
