I think you guys have to do your parts, which is to pass the program first and do your best in the OJT. Don't mind the number of trainees. There are slots, definitely.

Corporate attire in phases 1&2.

As long as you do your best, pass the required grade(s) they set, you're good to go. There is really an assurance if you won't fail the program. It varies per batch.

What did they tell your batch? Like what happened to us, our first day served as an orientation.

We had ours 9am-5pm. =) Jeans and sneakers are not allowed. You are to wear a corporate attire. Hihi!

Your friend should have accepted the offer. Ancillary department is also considered a good working experience especially if he will be assigned in Dialysis, Cathlab, etc. Maybe he really likes the PGNT program. They will offer other departments such as Ancillary because that department is currently hiring. You can try to re-submit your papers. You'll never know if they are already complete because some of my friends from batch 3 were contacted a DAY before PGNT 3 started. :)

Hi! I'm from batch 3. The style used to us by the HR was, we already know if we qualified or not that same day we had our initial screening. IQ test and interview were conducted. Then, we were asked to wait for I think an hour. I don't have an idea why they asked you to wait for their invite, because my friend who got qualified in PGNT 5 was informed that same day she was invited for initial screening. Just try to follow them up before PGNT 5 starts.
