Hello,

I'm petitioning for the day program. I live in Chester County, so there are only 32 seats. This is my second

time petitioning. Last year I was on the waitlist, but this year, I took the TEAS for my third and last time, and

I'm pretty confident that I will get in for Fall of 2014. I scored 80%, and all subject percentages were high. Last year,

I received my waitlist acceptance letter before the end of the Fall semester (in December). Hopefully, the letters will

come early again.

Is that how they tell you- via mail? No phone call?

No phone call. You'll only get a call if you're on the waiting list and accepted. You get a letter in the mail of your acceptance to the program with supplemental info.

I just handed in my petition today.. I'm so nervous but then again we don't find out until dec or jan. anyone else petitioning??

I'm crystal-Hi!! I also petitioned for 2014 and am eagerly stalking my mailbox... I did, however, bump into one of the gals that accepted the applications and she mentioned that she did NOT think they would go out before Christmas this year.

That was a week ago- but I can't stop looking!! Lol-

Hi there! Are you applying for the night and weekend or day program? I am a Chester County applicant too…going for Night/Weekend. I haven't met anyone else who has petitioned for what I'm going for yet.

Anyone hear yet? My friend is a professor and she said one of her students from Delaware Country found out that she didn't get in. She said she heard last Thursday (Dec 5th).

Was that for Marple or chester county???

She may have not met the requirements ie: TEAS minimums for subjects or background check

I don't know - all i know is that she scored a 75 (I assume overall) and didn't get in. You are probably right, because if I understand it correctly she should have been wait listed.

But you can't even petition if you don't meet the teas requirements- and if her backgrounds were not together she would have been notified before hand. Overall score doesn't matter so maybe her English portion was just low, or her gpa? Ugh. So sad, and so nerve wracking !!
