DCCC Nursing acceptance letters (NC)

Published

Hello, this is my first thread. I have applied to DCCC nursing program and just found out letters are being mailed out today! I scored an 80.0 on the TEAS. I am so nervous and anxious. is there anyone else that has applied for 2015?

I need to start working on them ASAP! It's a lot and July will be here before we know it. Has anyone registered for classes yet?

You are right. Time flies! I started on my immunizations and physical. I already registered for classes as well. I get so nervous that something will go wrong so I wanted to get a good head start

I just graduated from DCCC!!!! You guys will love this program:yes:

I don't know how I missed your comment, but is there any advice you can give us? what were clinicals like? I'm glad you said we will love it, because I have been so nervous about it.

Clinicals are totally doable, The first semester I stretched them out over the course of 10 weeks. But I knocked them out in 5 wks during the 2nd semester. Just concentrate on your tests and finals, that is what will pass or fail you.

Don't be nervous, it is a great program. They will tell you you can't work and to dedicate all your time to it, and that may be the case for some, but I was able to wok 40+ hours a week, with a 1 year old. I am thankful for programs like this. Good luck to you!!
