I've been averaging about 30-50 questions a day for a month or 2. I take notes on things I'm unfamiliar with and try to focus on those. This is my 2nd time taking Nclex. The first time I focused more on reading the book and less on questions. I also took the test at 8am and got very little sleep so this time I'm taking it at noon. I figured these last few days I'm going to try to up it to 100 questions a day, focus on study guides (allnurses), meds, and continue to lookup and review anything I'm unfamiliar with. I don't feel fully confident but I'm sure thats in part because I didn't pass the first time. Any other tips as the day gets closer? Oh I'm also looking for suggestions for practice tests to give me an idea of how I'm doing, Saunders seems a bit easy, anything else really good out there?

I would do nothing but Prioritization and Delegation Questions and Infection Control questions, I would also memorize the SPIDERMAN MRSWEE MTV things.
I just took 3 saunders quizzes (10 questions each).. I got 80%, 90% and 50% (the 50% one was all "select all that apply" so I guess thats okay).. I failed my first attempt like 6 months ago in 75 questions and have just been doing a little bit of studying every day. I also have study CDs I listen to every day in the car on my way to work and home. I feel like these saunders quizzes are too easy. Are there any free online tests or something I can order that I can have shipped over night?
Have you done the Kaplan qtest?
I have not, how do I do this?
Sorry they are called Kaplan Qtrainers. You can google it and it should pop up. I only did 1 full one but they helped as well.
