Anyone been throughout the hybrid program? Thinking of applying as it would be convenient for me.
Anyone from the Augusta area thinking of applying or has applied?

Are you talking about the healthcare bridge program or the no prior experience hybrid?
Either one.

I applied for the lpn to rn bridge for fall, but I don't think that is the same as the hybrid.
I am applying for the hybrid that starts in Spring '15. I had several friends that completed the lpn/paramedic to RN bridge with the class that graduated in Decemeber '12. It's the same format, meet once a week for clinical and testing, as the hybrid but it is 3.5 semesters vs. 5 for the regular hybrid.
I didn't meet the deadline for fall because I haven't taken the TEAS. Fall bridge would be the most convenient for me. It's only an hour away and much shorter.
I'm applying for the hybrid as well since I missed Fall deadline for the bridge. Right now, I'm not doing anything so 5 semesters of something is better than waiting for next fall. Albany is too far to drive for their bridge. I wish I knew of others that were applying for the bridge so we could carpool. Hybrid it is.
Have either of you taken your TEAS?
I have not previously taken the TEAS. I will be taking the test in October when Darton is offering the TEAS for the hybrid. I'm not sure how close you are to the SC border but have you looked at USC-A or Aiken Tech?
You didn't have to take the teas to turn in application, you were suppose to send in $40 money order and pick your day and time to take teas. I haven't taken the teas yet, but I just got a letter with my date for the 15th at 2pm. I don't know if it's the same way with the Hybrid program. Either way good luck!

from what I understand the Hybrid program still requires weekly visits to campus to do testing. I don't know how close you were to Sandersville Ga, but the offer the bridge at that campus also, that's the one I applied to.

What is the hybrid program?
It is an associates level nursing program. The program is a hybrid of online and in person learning. Most of the academics are taught online while the testing and clinical requirements are completed once a week.
