I will be applying for the hybrid program that starts in Jan '15. I should have applied for the program that started in '13 but my career at the time did not let me.
I'm originally from the Augusta area.
Are you still in Augusta area? I really wanted to get into the Sandersville campus but this will work. Trying to get everything in. Have you taken the TEAS yet?

I live in Augusta as well. I have had a hard time figuring out which school to attend. I have heard that if you did not take the LPN classes at the same school as the bridge it can be extremely difficult to pass. I graduated from Augusta Tech. The program was definitely very hard. However, I worry because when I was in school I only cared about memorizing information for the test. In hind sight I realize how important it is to learn the information not simply memorize it. I said all of this to say I am confused as to which route I should take. I do not know if I should bridge or restart from the beginning.

I'm in the Darton Hybrid in Swainsboro now and defiantly not easy. Maybe because I don't like the distance learning. The classes are streamed from the Albany.
So are you closer to AL or Sandersville. Is that school distance learning?
I went to Tech also but that was almost 20 years ago! :). The way Darton is going, if you don't get into bridge you should probably take traditional. I just don't want to waste anymore time. I'm ready to do this. Have you considered Aiken Tech since you live in the area?
I love distance learning. I'm assuming you're a LPN already, so I'd like to know if it's better for you starting at the beginning?
No I'm not an LPN. I started from the beginning. Fundamentals was really tough for me because I'm new to the health profession field, but I'm doing really well this semester in Adult health 1.
That's great! Well welcome to the medical profession! It will be worth it in the end. Do you live in the Swainsboro area?
No closer to Sandersonville about 2 hour drive from me plus its in state and 1 day a week.the other turned out to be 3/week and at night, and out of state!
