I put women's services and ED for baylor. Got an interview with womens OR. Kinda disappointed there weren't any opportunities when I talked to the recruiter for the units I really wanted. I have an interview with medical city on Wednesday...any one speak to them yet? What is Medical City's reputation like?
I applied at Parkland, BSW, Methodist, and Medical City.
I was contacted by BSW's Dallas recruiter first and my interview is setup for 3/18, but have also been in contact with a recruiter from BUMC.
I was contacted directly by the nursing manager at Parkland and had my interview with her last week, still waiting to hear back from them.
I applied at Medical City like two days ago and had my interview this morning (3/10). The recruiter said they are making offers quick so don't be surprised if they have one for you the same day, but the nursing manager from the floor said I would hear back from them early next week.
I have an interview with Methodist tomorrow for the ICU/Neuro CCU residency. I haven't had much interaction with the recruiter but I'm hoping they will have offers next week.
I really wanted Parkland but they require a 2 year contract. I know BSW has more incentives actually posted (relocation and hiring bonuses). I'm not sure about the others and their incentives.
You guys have anymore info about the pay, shift dif, incentives?

I had an interview with BUMC CVICU on Tuesday, bombed it, didn't get the offer.
I also had an interview with Burn ICU at Parkland on Tuesday, manager said I won't hear back until 2.5-3 weeks
I was supposed to have a virtual interview with Methodist ICU but the recruiter hasn't gotten back to me with a confirmed date yet... sigh...
what makes you want Parkland more than the other options?
