Cypress Spring 2020

Hello,

Has anyone applied to Cypress for spring 2020? I've applied and submit all of my documentation yesterday. Good luck to all!

how many points did you guys apply with? I'm so nervous hoping to hear back ASAP! The waiting is killing me lol btw for the last section of points (ill post pic below) is it one point for like each life circumstance or one point if you have at least one? also for like the student success courses, is it one point for each class or only point if you have taken at least one of those? little confused

Hello! I am super excited that there is a thread about Spring 2020! I have been waiting so impatiently!!! How many points did everyone apply with?! I applied with 30 but I have heard even people with 30 points aren't guaranteed. I am glad we have this thread for support though! Goodluck to everyone!!!

It's one point for each one! So to receive the 5 total you have to have 5 different things from the list in it's entirety! Hope this helps. I applied with 30 points. How about you?!

OMG AWESOME! thank you so much for replying. I also applied with 30 points ? but yeah i heard even people with 30 don't get accepted but they go by when you sent in the app! I sent my application in the first day apps were posted but in the afternoon not morning ?

If there is a tie, they first go by your prerequisite GPA, like for humanities, art, math, etc. Then if there is a tie for that then they go by when you submitted app!

Congratulations that you're in! I got into SAC but I'm still waiting for Cypress since it is much closer. All my concern is I only have 29 points because I took philosophy critical thinking instead of English103. lol

Hi everyone, I also applied to Cypress with what I believe to be 30 points but I got a weird message from Cypress health science email. It has no text in the body all it has is this HSA_RN_EMAIL_WAITLIST_MESG_HTML haha I guess I got waitlisted. anyone? Isn't it too early for notifications?

I got the same email. Not sure what it means-waitlisted? My portal doesn’t say anything though?

mmm I wonder what's going on? but it must mean we are waitlisted, idk. I hope its a mistake
